Millstead Ruffato Wedding

We had our wedding on September 20, 2014. It was an early afternoon wedding so I wanted a brunch for our guests.  I had a few ideas about what I might want to serve, but wasn't really sure.  Upon my first meeting with Clayton he presented me with some great ideas for the meal.  I felt very confident at that point to just let him set the menu. He adapted to my schedule and met with me on more than one occasion to finalize all of the details. I put my trust in him completely and was not disappointed. Even with some last minute changes he handled everything with ease. The food was incredible! Crab cakes, and hand battered chicken tenders for chicken and waffles, zucchini cakes with lox, and more.  The presentation was beautiful. We have all been to events where the food is just ok, when preparing a meal for a large amount of people; it can be kind of stale. This was not the case at all; in fact people were going back for seconds and thirds! I highly recommend this catering company and will definitely use them again.

O'Briens Personal Chef Dinner

My family and I had the distinct pleasure of having Clayton and Chuck plan and prepare an amazing dinner for us on the occasion of my mother-in-law’s birthday. We were not only impressed with the delicious and thoughtfully planned menu and meal, but also with Clayton and Chuck’s courteousness, professionalism, enthusiasm, and eagerness to excite our palettes and realize our every request!

            We will definitely ask Clayton and Chuck to come back and cook for us again! The presentation and quality of the food they served was second to none, and they also took the time to prepare a vegetarian feast for our daughter and her friends!

             We absolutely would recommend Great Northwest Catering for your next event.
